I'm really interested in doing something special for my b/day and am thinking of going to Iceland. The cheapest flights I can find go from Dublin to Gatwick, i'll have to transfer to Heathrow and then to Reykjavik and thats €348. Thats with British airways. Does any airline fly direct from Dublin or Cork?

Whats accommodation prices like? Are all the main sightseeing places located near the capital? Cant wait to see all the glaciers and volcanoes etc..

    Try http://www.icelandexpress.com

You may or may not be able to get a cheaper flight from London Stanstead (and I think Ryanair are flying to Stanstead now).

Never been myself but REALLY REALLY want to go...v. jealous!
