Collusion at the table?

Say you're sitting at a tourney table (mtt, b&m) and 2 obvious friends sit down at the table, one beside you and the other across from you both. At some point in the game, you notice the guy across the table signalling to his friend (something like player A was about to call the player B's all-in but player B had a made straight on the river and didn't want to bust his friend, player A so he just subtly shook his head).

    Would you report it?

Now, say you were still in that hand aswell and considering a call until you spotted the collusion.

    Would you report it now?

depends on the players, if they should know better I would report or try to use it to my advantage, but if there newbies I would explain collulision to them and explain the problems it causes.

But I would make them aware that I feel there not behaving correctly at the table, this happen to me in Vegas at a cash table, I waited ages for a hand to bust the two muppets and took great pleasure in doing it and telling them how much they loss etc. I also told him he made a good call as I slow rolled him and left the chips in the middle of the table for ages.

I don't see anything to report in this example - if he had stood up and said "i'd fold if i was you - i have a straight" - i still see nothing wrong.

...i suppose it's more soft playing than collusion imo

Just use it to your advantage

...much worse than collusion!! (but acceptable in the example given!)
