Advice please - 2 months still no sign of purchase, very poor service.

    I purchased an amplifier and a cable for my car stereo system through a US ebay seller on Oct 30th. A few weeks later nothing had moved on the tracking so I emialed them. They said that they did not have the cable in stock and they they would send it when it arrived. A week later still nothing I emailed again, he offered to send them seperately but I said I would hang on. Again weeks went by and they only ever get back to me when I email them. I said it was ridiculous and that I want something free as a gesture for such bad service. He said ok, so I suggested a wiring kit for $25 - he said he would see what he could do. Heard nothing, emialed again he now says no its impossible.

    I'm getting really p1ssed off now. What can I do here? Any suggestions from experienced ebayers?

    just report a non reciept of item and youll be refunded if you used paypal

    Will i get the full refund amout though? Last time I got ripped off with paypal and currency exchange charges. I'd perfer to just get the amp...
