Well, I got a little bit of money at Christmas, and coupled with the change in my Tardis, I'd say I've enough to afford something small.

Since I got my Pod, the wah has been probably my most used effect next to volume, so I had really been considering getting a dedicated Wah pedal. I had the Morley Bad Horsie 2 in mind, but someone on another website who has owned the BH2 and a Powerball, told me that it's too shrill and doesn't work well with ENGL amps, but to check out the Mark Tremonti Power Wah, which he currently owns.

Anywho, I think the Tremonti wah sounds excellent from the clips, and it's got an additional boost function, so it'd be perfect for solo'ing.

What do you guys think, should I go for it?

Cant go wrong with one of the high end morley wahs.

I like the Bad Horsie range because theyre switchless. Is the Tremonti?

Nah, the Tremonti sounds better than the Bad Horsie from what I've been told, it's supposedly much more defined in the upper register.

Not really interested in any other ones tbh.

Yeah, the Tremonti is switchless too.

Hang on, you've decided that the Tremonti is better than the Bad Horsie and you don't want to think about any other pedals? Why bother asking then?

Because I'm not asking for recommendations on a wah, I'm asking should I go for it or not.

Yeah, the Tremonti is switchless too.
Id still get the BH2 but if the MT is switchless too, then it should be a damn good pedal. I give you my approval to get it.
