where to get SH-D162C drive?

any1 know where to get this drive for cheap? cheapest i could find is 13 pounds on a uk site , but they dont ship to ireland im not gonna get it on ebay because it adds up to 30 pounds and the flashin operation is so easy that its not worth paying any extra.
