    I ran Spyware Doctor to scan for spyware etc and it said I gave 3 file that need deleting, they are
    HKCR\AppID\DLP.DLL
    HKCR\AppID\DLP.DLL##
    HKCR\AppID\DLP.DLL##AppID

    Where are these files so I can delete them? I can't find them anywhere.
    Thanks for any help

    Start->Search->For Files and Folders

    just search for the dlp.dll part, the rest is just the registry info.

    And if you manage to find them there is a good chance it wont let you delete them because of them being in use so delete the using killbox. That stops a file from whatever its doing then deletes it.

    And as mentioned above you should find the files using the search function.

    I tried searching for "dlp.dll" on my HD and included hidden files and folders in the search but still no sign of them.

    They look like registry entries, not files. HKCR is the usual shorthand for HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

    you go start - run and type regedit.

    if you have never done anything in the registry before i wouldnt recommend messing around. Try goin into regedit and go edit-find and type the dll name and see if you can find those entries.
