I'm a Software Developer in a company that's recently been taken over by a US multinational.
Due to this, and the fact that there's more politics in my workplace than in Leinster House, I'm thinking of joining a union.
Which is the most appropriate for my profession? I'm guessing Siptu?

    Thanks.

I was SIPTU for years when I was a network admin. They're a good bunch.

Don't forget that there's little a union can really do for you if you're the only person in the job in the union. A union is about collective baragaining power.

The longest journey begins with just a single step. ;)
