Ok so I'm an apartment dweller and I had trouble over a year ago with the water pressure pump...it died :( so a friend of a friend who is a plumber took a look and managed to get the motor replaced with the crowd that supplied the pump in the first place but it was a superior motor and all was well until recently and it's currently dying again!! Cranking on and off...can anyone tell me what's causing it to die and (hard water or other) how can I sustain the life in it....how much do these things cost and a recommended replacement.......
