Cashing out from Full Tilt Poker

    Hey all,

    What's the best option if you wish to cash out from full tilt poker. I don't have any netteller accounts etc.
    I know pokerstars just send you a cheque.

    Full Tilt will send cheques for any amount over $300. Think they charge $33 for getting the cheque delivered!
