Few quick questions....

I never had a gamecube, but i got a wii so i want to start findin some good preowned gamecube games. I have to get a gamecube controller obviously, so i was thinking can you use that controller for the virtual console games, or will i have to buy a classic controller aswell?

Also, well i have to buy a gamecube memory card aswell to save games or can i just use the wii?

And one more thing, since im starting up a gamecube collection can you recommend any good games to start me off? I have RE4 for PS2, and I remember playing Metroid Prime a few months ago for a while and I wasnt too impressed by it, but maybe that was because i started playing it half way through the game and had no idea of the controls.

I would recommend pikmin cracking game that, also mario sunshine is great, eternal darkness is also a good one and if ya cant wait for smash brothers brawl or wanna try it out kinda before ya buy you could prob pick up smash bro melee cheap enough.

This has been asked a load of times before do a search and you should come up with loads of suggestions.

You have to buy a GC memory card as you can't save your GC saves to the Wii.
And you can use the GC pad with most VC games but apparently there are some that you can't,and there are some that are better on the Classic pad.

Good games?These are games I have and would consider excellent.

That's just a few of the games I own that I would recommend to all.
