64 bit question

    Hi,

    If i upgrade to a 64 bit processor will my current copy of Win Xp be a problem, do i need to get a 64 bit version?

    No it (the CPU) will continue to run in 32-bit mode.

    You need a 64-bit version of Windows in order to make use of the 64-bit mode but XP 64-bit isn't worth getting as it was not well supported. Vista 64-bit on other hand might fair better but only time will tell.
