Sending pics and mp3s over wireless

My Niece got her own laptop so is no longer using my desktop. Have my pc wired to netgear router, her laptop connected via laptop wireless card. Can I transfer all her stuff magically thru the air from my pc to her laptop ? Using a zip drive at the mo but she has about 3 gig worth of stuff that needs transferring...Thanks

Yea, share a folder on either of the computers and just cut and paste the files
