quick preflop odds question

this hand came up the other night and we were wondering which hand was the best preflop hand to have?

kh 4h vrs 8d9d

which of the above hands will win most of the time going all in preflop?
and if possible could somebody work out the %?

(i'm thinking it will be about 55% / 45% in favour of the k4s.. )
