Just got a wii today and when i tried to connect it to my wireless broadband the connection test failed and I got a message saying 2 "Error Code: 52030 Unable to connect..."

Anyone had this problem? Any solutions out there?
Thanks in advance & Merry Xmas

I had that issue, but when i logged onto my router from the pc, the connection was disconnected.

I simply reconnected via router, and tested the connection on the pc; then wii connected up fine.
Hence, for me Error Code: 52030 = DSL down.

I'm getting the same error as the OP, perhaps its a compatability issue between the router and the wii? I'm using a AOLYNK DR814 router which was provided be Smart Telecom.

What router are you using shreddedloops?

check to make sure you don't have and kind of mac filtering rules set up on your router.

if you do either enter the wii's mac address or disable the mac filtering rules.
