I travelled from Sligo to West Limerick yesterday, which in itself isn't that long a distance (when compared to Oz of course) but because there aren't any trains this side of the country, it means three bus journeys and plenty of waiting about at freezing bus stations and takes the entire (ENTIRE) day. But sure it wouldn't be Christmas without it!
