    Relevant stacks 200

UTG limps. I make it 5 from UTG+1 with 55.

    UTG and 1 other caller.

    Flop (16)

    Ts 5s 6c

Checked to me. I bet 10.

Button calls. UTG makes it 28.

    I call button folds.

    Turn (88)

    Kc

    UTG bets 60.

    Call or fold or shove?

UTG is 48/16/1.8 over 100 hands. Seems ok postflop.

The villain has played the hand quite strangely. It is pretty tough to make a decision on it...I've veered between all three options a number of times. Given teh situation as it stands there aren't many hands that beat you right now and given your play in this hand I think a call might be a good option.

I shove. Your only behind 66, TT and KK and kings is unlikely considering how he played it.
There a lot of draws, 76 of spades, 45 of spades etc and with a VPIP of 48, he would play a lot of these hands.
I would say your ahead far more often then behind.

I'd be leaning more towards folding here. 56 is the only hand I think that he could have that we beat.

1.8 would suggest he's kinda passive, so I don't think he'd play his draws like that. even if he had 7s6s/4s5s

It's not *that* passive. He could have straight flush draw, people love those hands!

I'd be leaning more towards folding here. 56 is the only hand I think that he could have that we beat.

KT, 56, AA, JJ, QQ, AT, Two Spades(esp ig ones like KsQs), OESD, OESFD are all behind us here. It really depends on the opponent. Some aggro players wont fear the king in the least and will continue to lead a hand like jacks in this spot if they put our hero on a draw, which isnt entirely inconceivable.

I don't think we'll lose many of these hands except AT, QQ, JJ, OESDs and XsXs. And these holdings are somewhat less likely. By calling you give him a chance to fire again esp if the river is a blank.
Its pretty likely that you're going to be getting all of your chips in the middle here at some stage anyway I'd rather have the choice on the river in this scenario when all the (inevitable)information is available to me.

1.8 isnt really passive considering his VPIP

I would never fold this hand - only decision is whether it's better to shove now or call

I think shove now is my preferred option but I'm not sure

I would also 3 bet flop fairly often

Lol at including folding as one of the options. Haha. Shove now but I 3 bet flop most of the time. I also lead for pot on flop.

You can never fold sets against players with a VPIP that big, because there range is always very large and hard to pin down. He could have any 2 pair here. Id push.

Can't understand why you include the option to fold here Ian.

You have to think that you are a mile in front the vast majority of the time.

I shove 99% of the time here on the turn but I probably would have raised on the flop with a player behind me.....
Your extra 100 raise on the turn makes it wrong for him to call with anything worse than a 2.5/1 against draw.....

Once in a while I think you will find 10-10 or 6-6 here but in that case I'm losing my money almost every time.

Think i shove now to try and make sure all the money goes in.

I shoved the turn but I didnt really like it. I dont think anyone check raises Tx on the flop after I've raised preflop. I also dont think anyone leads the turn that big with one pair. 56 or KT are the only hands I think I'm beating. I think there was only one hand I could be realistically behind based on the preflop action - 66 which he showed. I was pretty annoyed with myself as I think his hand is pretty transparent. Still I had my best session in quite a while overall yesterday, so i wasnt too bothered.

Why couldnt he have T6 or T5? I think its a bad idea to spend too much time trying to put a guy who plays 48%, or almost half of all starting hands on a exact hand.
