Turned on my creative (zen sleek 20gb) yesterday and noticed that the menu screens weren't responding to the buttons or the vertical touch pad. Well, sometimes they do but then don't the next time. Basically it's impossible to select music from the library. It's pretty much stuck on one album and will play that one ok but…

Turned on my creative (zen sleek 20gb) yesterday and noticed that the menu screens weren't responding to the buttons or the vertical touch pad. Well, sometimes they do but then don't the next time. Basically it's impossible to select music from the library. It's pretty much stuck on one album and will play that one ok but I can't change the music. I tried pressing the reset button but that didn't help.
Bought it around this time last year, just before christmas. I can't find the manual at the moment though I know it's around. If it's a one year warranty am I in trouble?
Or does anyone know a way of remedying this problem?
