I'm going to invest in a laptop. I have picked this out on Dell, I just need a basic laptop for browsing the net and getting e-mail. I'd like to pay for it over 3 years also, only €19 per month.

For what you want, you won't beat that price.

I am not so sure the 1Gig of ram is even worth that - especially if all you will be doing is surfing the net.

hmmmm, true... I have a PC also, but it's in the office, I just need a laptop for in-between as I can't drag my PC around with me.

But for €4 extra per month the speed is there if I need it. I'm going for the longer battery life battery too.

Will this not include a free Vista upgrade?? Dell are doing that... anyway for Vista you will want to 1gb.. though it might be cheaper to buy seperate and install later.

No I don't think it does include Vista update, but as you say I can get it later.
