COD3 update

    Anyone notice the new update for cod3? it fixes the problem with online ranked matches.
    I played about 8 straight ranked matches, only waited about 30secs for each one, and about 14 people per game, but it was late in the evening/morning

    Have you tried running an Xbox Live test??? It sounds like you NAT could be strict. If your NAT is strict you will have to open the ports on your router for Xbox Live.

    My 360 is in the DMZ, NAT shows as 'Open' under the test.

    It can take my forever to join a player game through Quick Match, and it won't ever let me join a game through Custom Match because it says I can't connect to all the players.

    In ranked, there are no rooms so I just sit in an empty room waiting for people forever. Is this normal? Brilliant game when it decides to work!

    Haven't played player matches in a while but i had no problems with custom matches when i did.

    As for ranked matches, usually when i select quick game, im in a room on my own for about 20 seconds then im moved to room with everyone else. usually about 10 or 12 people per game I find

    Checked my 360 and my NAT is set to moderate. I've gotta open this baby up!
