intell passive vents

    I saw Passivents on a TV prog, and they are listed on the SEI site. Has anyone any experience with them. They seem like a good idea.

    if they are made in metal, a magnatised sheet could be easily used to prevent venting when the heat loss outweighs the need for moisture reduction, perhaps in the dead of winter
