    Well im investing in a laptop this christmas and currently have standard eircom isdn. im wondering is there any way to make the availability of isdn i bit better instead of just sittin beside my plug and play box? for example i could use it in my bedroom or sitting room?

    Get a wireless ISDN router.

    You'll need to be plugged into the box direct otherwise. Or an ISDN cable running upstairs (max distance 50m).
