Thunderbird Spam Filter?

    Hi,
I'm not sure if it's an error at their end or mine, but I was sent an email the other day and never got it. I still get Spam through thunderbird but seem to be getting less lately, haven't changed anything. Is there any way to check if it's putting my spam somewhere else? I never set it up to do this, but it could be automatic?

Or it could be my mail provider?

    Any feedback appreciated.

Most likely your mail provider's spam protection and the person sending it's mail server has got onto some spam blacklist somehow. Either that or the mail itself contained lots of potentially spam related content and got caught that way.

If you want to check TB spam settings click tools->Junk mail controls

I cannot recall if by default it moves items under handling into the junk mail folder but the option is certainly there if you wish to sort the remaining spam that comes through.
