mymail and Opera email client

Can anybody tell me how to configure the opera mail client with tcd mail. I have been trying to get it working at home. I just want it to download the email. I've been playing around with witht eh settings for a while now and cannot seem to get it to work. What is going on? Sorry if this has been posted somewhere before!
