Next Generation Gym is in Loughlinstown Leisure Centre. A couple of lads from there post here so I'm sure they'll be able to give you more details.

Classes are on Monday 21.30, Tuesdays, 21.15, Wednesdays, 19.00 and thursdays (mma class), 21.15. Tuesdays or Wednesdays are probably the best classes for beginners.

Classes are finished for Christmas but begin again on tuesday the 9th of January.

It's in the loughlinstown leisure centre just off the Cherry wood bridge. The 45 or 84 brings you within 8mins walking distance. Or the 7 brings you to the door.
