sky/sky+ box output channel\frequency

I recently got sky+ and kept my old sky box as a second FTA box for a second TV. I tried to route the output (RF1) from the old box through the sky+ box via video recorder through the aerial input along with the regular TV aerial signal. this seems to interfere with the sky+ signal I assume because the output from both boxes is on the same channel\frequency. I have gone into the installer menu and the output for both is channel 68?. I want to know if there is a way to change the output channel on either box so they wont interfere with on another.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes.

    Services
    4
01 Select (to get you back into that Installers' Menu)
Change one of them to, say, 66 (assuming you don't use 66 for your VCR's output and 66 isn't used in your area for terrestrial) and scroll down and press Select again to save the new setting.
