Just so you know, there's no distinction between L and R in the Japanese language, it's almost a blur between the two. That's why the the whole L/R thing happens.

Yes, of that I am aware.

    A Parker fly deluxe...ehm, strange :)

    They've one on chris too:
"Parker Fly Deluxe, 2001, perhaps the most innovative guitars in the past 20 years, and at under 5 lbs., these USA Fly's are like no other guitar ever built. Although built 95% of wood, the composite finish adds exceptional strength and allows the guitar to be extremely thin, thus the light weight. Other features include custom wound DiMarzio pickups, an Active Fishman Piezo specifically designed for the Fly, a 3-mode tremolo bridge (hardtail, down bending, and full floating) that changes at the flick of a switch. Output jack is stereo/mono switchable via small red button beside jack. With the button out signal is stereo and humbuckers and Piezo can be routed to separate amps - with button in, output is mono and with a standard cable both signals are routed to the same amp. Don't get these confused with the cheaper Fly Classics and the rest - the Deluxe listed for $3K and street price was over $2K when new. This used one isn't mint with a small ding on top and a few light scratches, but it's overall very nice. Also, please note that the Piezo isn't working. We have tried to troubleshoot the problem and our best guess is that it needs a new circuit board for the Piezo. Priced reduced $250 to $999 to allow possible repair or, if you don't use the Piezo, it's a really smoking deal. " http://www.chrisguitars.com/parker03fly-gr.jpg

Funny you should mention that guitar. :o

I had it bought and payed for, and it was all ready to go, but it was tested beforehand and the Piezos weren't working. Chris offered me a full refund, as I was really interested in a guitar with piezos. Oh well.

Id like a parker some day. I wouldnt be pushed about the piezo's tbh, but i like the shape of them. If they did one in a cool colour & with a floyd id buy one. A guitar with a shape that wacky definitely needs a zany colour or paintjob.

That green colour would've been my first choice tbh.

Is it a bit like the petrucci colour?
Anyhow, a stupid colour like lime green or yellow something is what id go for :D

Nah, not really. It's a solid colour.

Lime green wouldn't do it for me. I like when guitars have different from usual colours, but something obnoxious like that would be awful! :p

    Different strokes...;)
For me, a parker screams, 'look at me with my crazy guitar!', and id definintely have to go the full hog with an obnoxious colour:D
