Firefox keeps deleting all my bookmarks

Any suggestions? It keeps deleting all my bookmarks and everything in the bookmarks toolbar, i have a feeling it could be spyware doctor doing the damage when i run it, any input would be appreciated

Happened to me once, I had a backup of them though. Look here and see if you can find any answers.

turn off auto updates in firefox/tools/settings
mine reset itself completely to default when updated
