How do you play against beginners?

Red cow last night, blinds 50 100, UTG limps and folded around to me on the button. I also limp with Qd 4d, small and big blind complete.

    Flop 10c 2c 3s

SM checks BB(TAG player also dealer for pokerevents) leads out for 200. UTG calls(Decent standard regular from Red Cow). I then make it 600 to play. SB then calls pushing BB and UTG off there hands after a dwell up by BB. My 1st instinct was flush draw.

    Turn Ks

SB checks so i bet 700 and he calls. I dont know what to think here except still a flush draw.

    River 4h

Again small blind checks. I decide I want to take to pot down there and then. So I bet out 2600 and he calls showing a As 2s. So I take down the pot with a pair of 4's.

Later on he called an all in on a Ah 4c 6s 10s with a pair of 3's where it was pretty obvious the raiser had an Ace.

My question is "Are you better of staying out of pots with these players?" because it is just impossible to put them on a hand.

limping with sh!te is only gonna get you into trouble.

play your big hands pretty hard bad players/calling stations are always gonna pay you off anyway.

another observation new/bad players cant lay down an ace reguardless of kicker.

SB cold calls a bet and a raise with bottom pair. He is complete fish. All you have to do is bet your good hands and check your bads hands... you know what i mean, play transperant poker. You cant bluff a calling station, you were lucky to hit your 4

How do you play against beginners?

Get involved with lots of hands, value bet. Don;t bluff. Don't limp with q4o.

stop trying to get tricky with hands like Q4 TAG, no need. worthwhile every now and then showing a bluff but id say more rarely than the norm. tighten up a bit and you will do much better.

I'd much prefer a raise. a fold would be good too tho...

    you played every street badly

fold - or sometimes raise preflop

    fold flop

IF you bet the turn, bet more

check river, you have good showdown value
