Martial arts, esp. ITF Tae Kwon Do, in Dundalk or nearby

I've recently moved to Dundalk and am looking to resume my martial arts training after a break of some months.

Ideally, I'd like to find out about Tae Kwon Do adult or mixed classes, ITF style, for first dans and above, as I'm a slightly rusty first dan in need of a challenge. I'm not too keen on very competition-oriented clubs - I prefer somewhere that concentrates on techniques and tradition, but any sort of TKD workout would be good.

Failing that, information about any and all MA clubs for adults in Dundalk would be welcomed. If I can't get back into TKD, then I might try another style.

    Thanks.

Thanks, Jon. I knew there were clubs in Drogheda, but I also know that I'm unlikely to want to hit the road home after a late class twenty miles away, so I'm still looking for something closer to home. It may yet turn out that beggars can't be choosers, though. :(
