I signed up and got $10.61 = €8.00 after about 60 hours. I also got 4000 promotional Action Points.

I've been using my $10.61 to learn Omaha Hi/Lo at the $0.02 / $0.04 (!) tables. However my Action Points are still at 0 and my promotional Action Points are going down (3,948.25) ... I don't think I'll get the additional $25. I don't know why my Action Points aren't going up, maybe the .02/.04 stakes are too low.

Once you clear the promotional APs your action points will go up.

"For all deposit match promotions the player must accumulate 125 action points per $1 of bonus awarded. Partial bonuses will not be awarded. The full action point requirement must be earned before the bonus is credited. "

Condition 7 of their terms and conditions says 125 AP per $.

I got screwed by VC!

Basically I got the starting free $10 and achieved 4,000 AP a while later. But when I asked for the additional $25 they say there was a time limit and I'm not due any money... I knew nothing about the supposed time limit, anyone know about this?

They won't answer my emails anymore to discuss this... cowboys.

Crap software anyway... but I still want my $25!
