    Hi

Tried to start my car this morning after approx 9 days of inactivity and it wouldnt start.

Looked under the bonnet and there was a bluey substance on one of the connector (not a lot but noticable)

Probably needs a jump start but should i be worried about this substance or is it natural?

    Tks

    Dwayne

Sounds like copper sulphate. Usually caused by overcharging. Have your battery and charging system checked as overcharging can damage a battery.

Use boiling water to wash the stuff off and coat the terminal in Vaseline to stop it reoccuring.
