BT problems - D15 area?

Hi, anyone having BT speed issues? Since Sat night, I've been getting dial up speeds on a 3 MB line, the automated announcement of technical support mentions something about a general fault in the 05 area, but nothing for Dublin. I know of someone else in the area with similar speeds since friday last.
