    Hi Folks,
Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice to getting new sports suspension and brakes. Ive an 06 almera. Im going to be lowering it in the near future too. If anyone can tell me makes and where to get them fitted, plus any general advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Go buy a car magazine. Look at the adverts. And ring the supplyier. Then take it to any decent garage and they will fit it for you.

One quick way to improve brakes is to buy a set of EBC Greenstuff's brake pads. Great wear and bite. Iv had them at track days and never looked back.
