Cust. No. different on Thomann

So when I log in to Thomann my customer number appears as 1640204 but after I placed an order the e-mail of recognition of this order(but not delievry confirmation as one item was not in stock) has my cust. no. as 1651525. Strange no? I ordered this item last Sunday,it came into stcok on Tuesday,is this why I haven't received a delivery confirmation yet?

Probably cos their up to their tits at the moment trying to get stuff out in time for Christmas!. Email or call them to give them the hurry-up. In fairness I've found they are generally helpful enough when you contact them.

im still waiting for mine, its me day off 2mo, so hopefully it will arrive with a bita luck (touch some wood!)

if not ill ring dhl and see what the story is... anyone got the no. handy? Or do u think contacting thomann is more usefull, but they closed the order and shipped it last monday... So i take it its in DHL's hands...

yes but cant track it since the code doesnt seem to work on their site

i got 2 packages sent with the same order... So i got 2 diff 12 dgit codes

but cant seem to track em online... S might ring 2mo if i can =/

DHL No. is 1890 725 725.

you need to ring Thomann and get the correct tracking number - they one they gave you is probably the German one which DHL here wont recognise. They've done this a couple of times on me, so I know the drill.
Once you've got the right numbers you can contact DHL and see if your stuff is with them.

yeah that's right, i was reading up on that in teh faq on dhl...


the thomann no i got was for deutche post/dhl and it was 12 digits, but its not the correct DHL one...


Ill ring thomann and get the no. and maybe a lil more info then Dhl. thanks

how do i call thomann! i tried the no's on the sitet but i get a funny engaged type tone when i get to the 6th number or so

Edit: 2 white vans pulled up in front of the house but it was only road works

Hving the same trouble here Al,can't get through at all. Im annoyed now because I ordered last Sunday(the 11th)n and I havent even got a delivery confirmation yet.What is the deal?

i dont know what the problem is with the underlines bit, i persume tis just my adress or something, hopeflly i can collect it and get it home!

is there anything i need particulary to prove its mine?... ill print off the tomann receipt and the dhl tracking thing obviosly... but ill ring 2mo and find out

I've never been asked for proof of purchase or ID by DHL. Once you have the tracking number the parcel is yours. Dont know whether thats a good thing....

ah yay got it today,

rang up this mornin confirmed it was at walkingstown dhl place, waited 2 hours in traffic to get there, was late for work, although i sneaked in and no one noticed... but got it in the end everything arrived and worked ok, so santa came early this year,
