€39 PAYG O2 Mobile Phone on 3G website (delivery charge of €8/€9.50)

    This is the cheapest PAYG O2 phone I've seen: http://www.buy4now.ie/3g/productdetail.aspx?pid=263&loc=P&catid=2.0 I'm not sure if it's in the stores or online only. If it's available retail it's probably one of the cheapest phones around.

    If buying online there's a delivery charge of €8/€9.50, http://www.buy4now.ie/3g/dynamiccontent.aspx?loc=48&menuId=62&pmenuId=0 making it not such a great bargain, but still cheaper than the cheapest phone on the O2 website (€59)

    Although the free extras available (6 months DVD rental, trendy accessories, books and USB sticks) with some phones on the O2 site might make them better value overall.

    O2 do free delivery. Brings the difference down. Then you have the xtras from 02 s I'd be buying from them.
