The annual SSF Xmas Charity game is on again this year!

It will be held in the Fitz on Thursday 21st. We are currently deciding if it should be a small rebuy or a bigger FO (on this thread).

It will be an 8:30 kick off and I'm short of dealers for it so if any dealers out there who want to play/deal or any players out there who will deal for their table do please let me know.

25 per man will be taken towards the charity and every penny goes to the SSF and onwards to the various supported charities. (see the SSF forum for details!)...

Damn I won't be able to make this after all. All the more annoying as I've managed to profit from every charity game I've ever played.

50euro towards the charity if Dom wears a santa suit. Everyone chip in to make him feel guilty enough to do it.
Dunno if I'll make this since I'll be working nights before it but the money is there if Dom steps up.

ill put a pony up to if dom wears a santa suit

I seem to be less knowledgeable about the hiring of santa sits than several of the types here, never mind smurf posting links to a site when they can be bought for a few hundred quid, cheers!!!

If someone brings a suit for me I will happily wear it for charidy, but I have neither the time, opportunity, knowledge or courage to get my hands on one.

Tom - My annual game of poker with my mates is on tomorrow night which should be fun....;) Anyway, if they have to hear "Can't make it tonight guys, Im playing poker" one more time I fear I'll have no friends left!!

Anyway, stick me down for €50 for the charity. I'll give it to you whenever I see you, or do you want me to buy some stuff on amazon directly for the SSF?

    Bump for a reminder.

Smurphy, Ocallagh etc, Cash works fine for me too. I do hope we get a decent turnout (2 tables+) and a few beers and laughs too. Might be a surprise or two in store too...

I'm just back from the game. It was one of the most enjoyable, friendly games I have played. Thanks to the players, and everyone who supported the fund.

    Happy Christmas to all.
