Dubai - Heading today, need recommendations of what to do and where to go!

Hey Guys, I'm sure plenty of boards users have been to dubai. I'm heading tomorrow, so can anyone who has been please give me your recommendations? I'm already booked in for Ski Dubai and tea at the Burj Al Arab, but what else are the must do's? All advice appreciated. Cheers Zascar
