    Hi all,

I thought I'd start this thread seeing as the end of the year is approaching and all that. I tend to read a lot of older books myself (ie mid 20th century) partly for study and partly because I like them :) I've noticd in this forum too, that older books tend to be discussed a lot mor than newer ones, so I wondered if people have come across any really good books that were published in the last year, that they would recommend and/or put on a par with some of the 'classics' that seem to get discussed a lot here.

    Cheers :D
