    Ok let me indulge.

Chris Rea: Driving home for Christmas

    Ronettes: Sleigh ride.

These bring me back to the good old days of Radio NOVA.

Nah, you couldn't overplay that song!

So Freiheit sing Keeping The Dream Alive? Heard it three times in work today cos it's on a cd that's being repeated. Thought it was Paul McCartney.
    I bloody hate that song.
The Jona Lewie one is pretty good.

I'm really enjoying Pugwash's new Christmas single. Keep hearing it on Phantom Mistletoe and Something or Something and Mistletoe....

Of the "classic" Christmas songs I have to say "Do they know it's Christmas" is one of my favourites as it's the first one I can remember from being a child in the 80's, so it just means Christmas to me.

    In no particular order :)

Chris Rea: Driving home for Christmas
Mel and Kim: Rockin' around the Christmas tree :o
    Slade: Merry Christmas Everybody
Wizzard: I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday
Kirsty McColl and the Pogues: Fairytale of New York
Also, Cliff Richard: Mistletoe and Wine Sshh, don't tell anyone :)

I love Christmas, I even play these songs in July :o

    Ooh the guilty Christmas pleasures!

I do like Santa Baby by Cynthia Basinet as well (originally recorded by Eartha Kitt and NEVER recorded by Marilyn Monroe - thank you Google)

The original version of rockin' around the christmas tree, jazzy number, some woman singing it.
Have yourself a merry little christamas (Sinatra?)...almst brings a tear to the eye.
    Oh and Chris Rea too.

Oh yes, yes you could. I like it as much as the next punter but 3-4 times a day at least, every day for the preceding 3 weeks till the big day, on all the radios? Kills it...oh well at least it's not that horrible cover version (Keating? Some Westlife gimp? bleh)
