Trackball Mouse

I have a terrible constant ache in my hand which has spread to my upper arm and now my neck. I'm told I need a trackball mouse (upside down mouse). I've tried airside retail park but to no avail can anyone tell me where I can get one. Thanks so much

they should have these in any pc world..I've seen them in there a few times..
Here's what ur looking for..if your right handed the logitech are very comfortable
