    Your current employer.

Your employer produces your P60. Usually it is produced at the end of January for the previous year but it depends on your payroll department. I presume your current employer will post it to you with your last pay slip.

There is no such thing as 'stamps' anymore! Check out oasis.gov.ie but your PRSI record is only affected if you are out of work for 2 years as far as i know.

I want to get a refund from 2005 but I've no P60 from that year. Is it just a matter of writing to /ringing revenue and asking them to do the sums and send me the sheckles?

Yes. There's a 1890 number you ring (don't have it to hand, sorry). You just give them your PPS number and tell them you want 'closing statements for the past X years' (I did it for the past 3 myself and got over €1,700 back). They send you the statements plus a cheque if you're owed any back tax - it arrives within a couple of days usually.

Yeah did for 2002, 03, 04 about 6 months ago and got e0.02! I think I was told that ya can't do 2005 in that manner and that you need a P60, until 2007 rolls around. Not sure if I'm right but there was definitely some reason I didnt do it for 2005. Does this sound right?
