looking for rehearsal space

Does anybody know of any practice spaces in Dublin, as central as possible preferably… Not amp provided/pay per session places but basically a room that’s rentable long term where you can bring all your own gear and leave it there...

I THINK you can rent rooms beside Creamy Sonic Studios.
Not 100% on that though.
