    Hey,

I will be graduating with a bachelors degree in Psychology in 2007, I would like to work in Ireland for a year or so before deciding on any postgrad study. I have no particular preferences about what kind of job I would like to do at the moment, Does anyone have any personal experiences of companies who actively hire psychology graduates?? Don't want to end up working a minimum wage job even though I have a degree and career guidance is almost non-existant in my college, I was just handed a gradireland dictionary today when I raised this issue..

    Any help really appreciated...

A lot of companies take graduates on. You are perhaps limiting your options by saying you'll only work for 1 year.

If you are only up for a year then go sign onto a temp agency. you'll get more the minimum wage (just about).
