Stars from VC games

Just logged into Nintendo Europe and lo and behold what do I see:


Looks like they're in the process of adding the virtual console games to the stars products

Now when are they gonna give us something decent to spend the stars on?

well they should be able to be used to buy wii points in the near future! that would be a good use as i have way way too many of them and they are currently a load of willy.

on the nintendoVIP/stars website thing it says that to start getting points for downloaded VC games you have to do a small survey thing any idea where that is??
DamoElDiablo my games aren't showing up you do anything special other than link your account?

Just link it through your Wii.
You can do it Via the shopping channel.
And where is this survey?And when can I use my thousands of stars for Wii points?

i've already linked it, does it not include games your downloaded pre-linkage?

I haven't downloaded any yet but I still have it linked and nothing about this is in my account.

I had linked my account before buying the games, other than that theres nothing I did! I didn't see any survey or anything.

I think that survey was just for a few more star points, I remember doing something like that anyway.

I've done various surveys over the past few years on the site, but not done any since the Wii came out

grand stuff i have loads of stars. I got a free gamecube from it before.:D

I spent 1000 on the promotion to get a DS before they were released, but then couldn't afford it, so I'm at 11,035 stars rather than 12,035 but I still have loads

when will you be able to get wii points for stars?

Don't think theres any confirmed time for this, but a lot of stuff seems to be happening in around Christmas so maybe then.

When you buy a VC game you get Star Points for it (as Damo posted above), when you click on it it says "You will be able to redeem your star points soon". I'm guessing both things will happen at the same time, so soon ftw.

Update : clicking on those VC games on my stars account is now giving me a 404 error. Smells like somethings going on!
