    Short answer yes.

Longer answer Yes. But As you can tell the card has 1 dvi and 1 vga output for the card. So you will need a adaptor for one of the outputs. So unless you have 1 monitor that has a vga plug, and another that has a dvi plug.

I have a dvi to vga adaptor. Plugged in 2 monitors but lost the input in th monitor connected with the adaptor after the windows logo appeared on boot up. Do I need to change xp properties b4 attaching both monitors?

You ought to be able to set dual monitors up with Control Panel > Display Properties while they're connected without restarting, the monitor will get its input as soon as Windows provides it.

Yeah, depending on Ati/Nvidia graphics it will be where gerneralmiaow says.
