Request: Computer with GOOD printer

Need to order a computer for a mate, it must have a printer. budget is 700 euros... dvd rw would also be good. no need for fancy gfx or cpu, printer is the only requirement!! ( so a good printer would be preferred with cheap ink cartidge replacements would be good) suggestions appreciated!
