Attic conversion

    Alright folks...Now that it's post budget time and the cowanmesiter didn't do anything with the stamp duty it looks like we'll be staying put. I've been toying with the idea of getting our attic converted. There is a good sized area in the attic and it seems a waste not to do anything with it. it's a 3 bed bungalow. There are limitations though i think firstly the apex in the attic is quite low .... Is there any regulation of the minimum height here?

    I think the height to call it habitable space is 2.4 meters anything below is classed as storage,so no in other words.
