Connectivity Problems

Did anyone hear about the problems with the submarine fibre connection between ireland and the UK today. Have heard that quite a few LARGE companies were affected, and appears to have been alot of Eircom customers. Just wondering if there has been any info. from any providers that were affected.

Yep - I work for such a LARGE company and we have had continuous problems today with WAN and Internet connections...
