Whats the status of wii stocks in the rest of europe?

Cause I know Ireland and the UK are exhausted but are all of the pal regions that exhausted, the only news story I saw was on Holland being sold out (i think?)? Any swiss or french shop sites still with stock we could order from? (show me the worth of the EU!)

From the looks of it germany retail outlets seem to have had plenty of stock over the shortage.

    Don't they stock/produce them there?

It would make sense that they would have more units on the shelves in retail outlets if it's that much quicker and easier for Nintendo to get their product to the consumer in Germany as a result of shorter delivery times.

    Just my .02 cents.

All the German online stores are out of them long ago but I notice that Amazon.de Marketplace sellers are way cheaper than the UK markeptplace sellers. French online stores haven't any either and it seems to be the same for the Swiss. and Luxemburgers.

My cousin in italy says there is plenty of stock in milan and is gonna bring one home for himself on the 20th, he hopes to use a adapter and or if he can use the gamecube adapter.

The GameCube adapter works with it, although may be a bit risky if the voltage for each console is different.I would recommend the extension adapter.

And is nobody here trying eBay at all?
I would have thought pricing would have went way down on there for them due to the fact that it's released world wide now.

Its being kept up by demand. the cheapest in ebay is around 300 or so euros. (I saw one for 180 sterling, but the seller didnt look trustworthy.)

^^I know what you mean,I wouldn't buy off eBay at all no matter what the seller appeared to be like.

Usually desperate times call for desperate measures, and it's looking Grim for decent stock coming in before Xmas.

Really, the cheapest I've seen is €440, most going for €450 up to €500.
