I about to play the above game, i haven't played it before.

I take it the standard is fairly high or is it full of loose agressive players who have won satellites ect.

    Any advice?

standard is very poor! very aggro and is quite the crapshoot you wouldn't expect

I won my way in - am playing too. The structure looks crap and I have heard that the standard is "mixed". A lot of the bad players on Stars are too tight from what I have seen the past few weeks.

Yep, he is one of the pros, not sure if he would want his name publicised though. Not one of the above though.

    no problem

btw ive often browsed through the 'pros names on stars etc' lists and could only find one or two of the irish lads (i think Don Fagan was the only one). Does anyone have a list of names for the irish pros that wouldnt mind their names been made public? Wouldnt mind killing an hour or so watching a few of them play cash or tournys etc.

btw HEAT went out a short time after losing a monster pot to a runner runner straight. Board was 10 9 4 and the money went in. HEAT had A 10 and the villain had A J. Turn was the 8 and river the Q. Ouch.
